I like to connect with people over a brief 15-minute-or-less phone call before scheduling an appointment to ensure that anything you are needing support with is within my wheelhouse, and you feel comfortable with what I am able to offer. If we agree to not move forward, I will happily refer you to other dietitian colleagues that may be a better fit.

Some of my clients are not in a sport at all!
I have the most experience and knowledge of team sports, contact sports, and weight class sports including olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. I played rugby for 10 years as well.I do work with tactical and endurance athletes especially for those dealing with signs of under fueling or RED-S but it’s not my “zone of genius”. Still, I’m happy to support if we meet and decide it will be a good fit based on needs and style.

There are a few payment options. If you decline to use insurance or do not have insurance benefits for medical nutrition therapy or preventative benefits, you will be considered paying “out of pocket”. Currently the only way to work with me 1:1 requires a minimum of 12 weeks commitment and sessions are offered as part of a package. Included in this package is access to my resources vault and food journaling with messaging and/or feedback. For out-of-pocket participants these are bundled into a single cost (monthly or advance). If you would like to use insurance, sessions will be billed to your insurance company and you will be responsible for the separate cost of access to the resources library and journaling.

As of June 2025, I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, MVP, United, Independent Health. I can bill insurance in the following states: New York, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, Virginia, Colorado, California.
In-network status is pending on the following:
Univera, Blue Cross Blue Shield. These applications are in progress and my billing admin checks on contract status regularly.
For now, I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have Out-of-Network Benefits.
You are also able to pay out of pocket for services or use an HSA/FSA card.
Please note: the participant is responsible for knowing their insurance benefits. I do not contact your insurance company. I will follow-up on rejected claims but you will be responsible if there is no coverage for the service. You will specifically ask your insurance company:
What is the coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy, CPT 97802 and CPT 97803 and/or for Preventative Benefits code Z71.3. Are there specific diagnoses that are covered? (If you have a covered diagnosis, I will need medical records from your doctor’s office) What will count towards my deductible? What is my co-pay?
Are there any visit limits or restrictions on telehealth?

I am currently seeing clients via telehealth virtually over a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform (Kalix Health).
I also take appointments in-person at Impact Fitness System’s performance location 1 day per week (as of June 2025, this is on Friday).
