I like to connect with people over a brief 15-minute-or-less phone call before scheduling an appointment to ensure that anything you are needing support with is within my wheelhouse, and you feel comfortable with what I am able to offer. If we agree to not move forward, I will happily refer you to other dietitian colleagues that may be a better fit.

Do you take insurance?

As of April 2025, I am currently in network with Aetna and have applied for in-network status with the following insurance companies:

Cigna, United, Univera, MVP, Independent Health, Highmark BlueCross Blue Shield. These applications are pending and my billing admin checks on contract status regularly.

For now, I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have Out of Network Benefits.

You are also able to pay out of pocket for services or use an HSA/FSA card.

Are you virtual or in-person?

I am currently seeing clients via telehealth virtually over a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform (Kalix Health).

I also take appointments in-person at Impact Fitness System’s performance location 1 day per week.
