Some of my clients are not in a sport at all! Many are working towards incorporating more physical activity or movement and don’t formally take part in structured exercise.
I have the most experience and knowledge of team sports, contact sports, and weight class sports including olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, and I love working with more casual and rec athletes and gym-goers too! I played rugby for 10 years as well.I do work with tactical and endurance athletes especially for those dealing with signs of under fueling or REDs but high level endurance performance is not my “zone of genius”. Still, I’m happy to support if we meet and decide it will be a good fit based on needs and style.

There are a few payment options depending on your insurance coverage.
If you’re paying out of pocket
If you prefer not to use insurance or don’t have coverage for medical nutrition therapy, you’ll pay directly (“out of pocket”).
Package pricing includes your session time plus the full coaching experience—which means you also get:Personalized support between sessions (messaging and food journal feedback)
Access to the resource vault with mini-trainings, guides, and tools
Ongoing accountability and progress check-ins
You can pay monthly or choose to pay in full at a discounted rate.
If you’re using insurance
Insurance covers the nutrition counseling sessions only.
Because the coaching experience extends beyond sessions, the ongoing support tools (messaging, food journaling, and access to the resource vault and trainings) are billed separately at $35/month.This hybrid model keeps insurance accessible while maintaining the continuity, tools, and feedback that make your plan effective.

I am currently seeing clients via telehealth virtually over a HIPAA-compliant, secure platform (Kalix Health).
I also take appointments in-person at Impact Fitness System’s performance location 1 day per week.

Every dietitian is different- some schedule by the session, but I prefer to work with clients more long term as a program/membership based model.
Once you fill out an application to work with me, we will schedule a complementary 15-20 minute onboarding call to go over details.
The session component of the program is eligible for insurance coverage, while other components of the program will be billed directly on a monthly basis.
Programs do require you to sign on for a minimum of 3 months, but this is because it takes time to see the sort of sustainable changes and results my clients are looking for. You’re welcome to continue past that but 12 weeks is a good sweet spot to check in and see how things have been going.
